When does the pool open?
We typically open the pool around Memorial Day Weekend and close it down around Labor Day Weekend.
Do you offer Corporate Housing?
Yes, we offer lease terms under Corporate Housing from 1-8 months for $2,500 per month.
What does the monthly Corporate Housing monthly rent include?
The security The $2,500 monthly rent is inclusive of electricity, water, cable/internet and amenity access.
Are the Corporate Housing units furnished?
Yes, these units are furnished inclusive of living room furniture, bedroom sets, towels cookware and utensils.
How long do you plan to stay at Mezzo 1 as the Management Staff?
As long as we are permitted. We love this community and plan to be here for as long as we are permitted.
In the event my Brivo phone app is not working, how will we have access to the building?
We offer key fobs for an additional $75.00 per fob that will give you manual access to the building.
Do you have a Fitness Center?
Yes, we have an excellent Fitness facility that will accommodate all of your fitness/needs inclusive of free weights, bikes and treadmills.
What type of parking is offered?
There is a 3-level parking garage with 122 spaces. However, each vehicle including guest must be registered through our parking app to avoid towing and violations.
Is the pool open year-round and is it heated?
Yes, the pool area is open year-round but we do close the physical pool during the cool seasons.
